Gas used can be dangerous due to explosive characteristics. Hydrogen and Arced Sf6 can be taken as example. For this type of applications, the critical points are as below

  • Gas leak cannot be acceptable. Our compressor has components that will alarm automatically.
  • The gasket and other components must be selected based on the compatibility of the material and gas. In our design gasket and materials in use are changed based on material.
  • The leak amount should trigger the duration to replace the gasket and other components. Our system provides this information.

Based On Process Properties
The compression of the gas is a critical process. First point to control should be the thermodynamic properties of the gas.
  • Gas temperature will increase during compression. Gaskets and materials are selected based on this condition. Our compressor has water cooling feature to compensate this point.
  • Gas may liquify during operation and over compression on liquid phase may damage compressor. So working limits are selected based on this condition
Depending on the process, the compressor will be kept as stop and operate so frequently. This will increase the usage of the energy, increase the wear on components. For that reason, our compressors can work with 2 energy source. Compressed air and Hydraulic. Depending on the application customer can select any configuration.

the specification based on the compression rate, low speed and sizes are not defined. With the parameters provided by the customer we define the compressor for the customer.

Recovery

End Of Life Gas Recovery Kit

The gasses related to F-Gas regulation must be collected at the end of life status. For that reason, the gas must be collected completely.

During the process the parameters are critical to control.

  • While collecting the gas from the product, the connections must be used or a hos should be made on the surface. During this operation our system releases the risk of pollution the atmosphere and secures the operator also.
  • The gas is recovered down to 1 mbar not to let any gas remained inside the product.
  • After the gas is collected the gas is fed through several filters to get rid of pollution accumulated inside.
  • Then the gas is compressed up to liquification. This will enable the process to be handled in limited spaces.
  • Then the report can be sent to management center to report in accordance with F-Gas reporting.
  • During the process our system controls the device and checks whether if there is any leak to atmosphere.
