Emission Monitoring System

Installation Leaks_ Continuous Leaks

24/7 Reporting

  • System checks the installation each 8h and creates reports of emission each day
  • Preventive maintenance is performed based on alarms of increase in values.
  • Predictive maintenance is performed based on frequency of increases.

Monthly Reporting

  • System reports the values of the emission monthly.
Operation Leaks
  • During operation of filling and recover, the gas remained inside the hoses are exhausted to atmosphere in the next cycle.
  • Our system detects and calculates the amount of the leak.
  • The amount is reported to management in emission reporting

This reporting enables the management to define where to invest to get rid of emission easier.

Alarm Leaks
  •  The risky points are covered by diffusive sensors.
  • These sensors control the installation and alarm.

Detect down to 0,01mg level

Perform self verification

Detect up to 30 points

Detect up to 30 points

Overview of our Emission Monitoring System

LEAK TESTING TECHNOLOGIES "DRY AIR PHENEMONA"

"Dry-Air" Testing Technologies
  • very Common in automotive and Packing industry
  • 1*10-3 mbarl/s or better leak rates are possible to reach
  • Operational drawbacks are mentioned in knowhow section

LEAK TESTING TECHNOLOGIES "Pressure Testing"

Main philosophy is that pressure wants to be equal inside and outside. If there is a leak pressure will change. We control change of pressure.

Pressure Testing

Pressure Decrease Testing

  • Test object is filled with gas
  • The pressure decrease is controlled
  • The amount of decrease should be less then limit.

Temperature and humidity are critical

Pressure Testing

Pressure Increase Testing

  • Test object is vacuumed.
  • The pressure increase is controlled
  • The amount of increase should be more then limit.

Temperature and humidity are critical

Testing on FORD otosan battery Trays Schneider Electric Transmitter controls

LEAK TESTING TECHNOLOGIES "Helium Testing"

Main philosophy is that tracer gas, helium leaves the enclosure the test object. We collect this in a box and we count the number of helium leaked

Ambient Helium Testing

Tests performed in ambient pressure

  • leak rate is lower than pressure testing but higher than vacuum helium testing
  • leak rates are around 1*10-4 or -5 mbarl/s
  • Testing is not affected by humidity, temperature or pollution

High accuracy and performance as compared to pressure testing

Vacuum Helium Testing

Tests performed in Vacuum Atmosphere

  • Best capable, most precise equipment in the world.
  • The cycle time is shortest. Least effected by the background leak rates are around 1*10-10 or -12 mbarl/s

Best in Class testing method

How do we propose a solution for your need?

Leak Testing Process is a Journey to Excellence

We combine our expertise with the need of customers

There is no single way to reach to solution we search for the best alternative

Define the need

  • Collect data on requirements based on
  • Filling pressure requirements
  • Leak rate requirement
  • Cycle time requirement
  • Justification Requirements

Simulate the Usage

  • How layout is organized
  • How the part is taken to test station
  • Automation required to handle the testing
  • Ventilation possibilities inside the factory

Design the best Option

  • Provide loading alternatives
  • Testing method alternatives
  • Layout integration alternatives
  • Cycle Time alternatives and number of stations
  • Operation and installation cost alternatives

Implement Solution

  • Since all the requirements and operation steps are analyzed
  • Design and manufacturing will represent the final implementation
  • Further opportunities may also rise thanks to digital
